  • Any individual, church, agency, civic organization, school, government entity or corporation may nominate a candidate.
  • Current members of the CFT Board of Directors, staff or Founding Families Awards Planning Committee are not eligible for nomination.
  • Submit one copy of the nomination form by mail, hand-delivery, E-mail or online form by 5 p.m. (close of business) on Friday, March 14, 2008.
